I don’t know
why people tolerate these perennial scumbags. You know; all those statist
politician parasites on the planet who’ve been feeding off our blood sweat and
tears – spoiling the liberty, property and happiness of humanity -- since the
beginning of civilizations.
They’re a
menace to society. They ruin businesses; wreak havoc upon commerce and prosperity;
tell us what we can and can’t do with our lives; interfere constantly and incessantly
with our wellbeing. The meddling never ends.
Consider for
example the United States House of Representatives. They just passed a bill which
will cost Boeing aircraft company, its employees, shareholders, and yes, the
people of the United States of America; you and me, $25 billion dollars in valuable
international business.
The company just
reached a lucrative deal with Iran Airlines for the sale of several passenger
planes. We’re not talking about war planes here just passenger planes. But the
statist politicians in Washington want to kill that deal. They don’t want any
Americans to do business with Iran. They don’t care if that results in other
countries – Russia perhaps – getting the benefits. After all, it’s not money
out of their pockets. It’s simply politics which will hurt Boeing and the rest
of us.
Or how about
the new mayor of the city of Turin Italy; she tells the
hapless inhabitants under her jurisdiction what they should and should not eat.
That’s right. This statist politician doesn’t like meat. She’s a vegetarian. So
she thinks that since she’s been elected mayor that gives her the authority to
dictate what her subjects eat.
Can you
imagine that; a mayor who claims authority over eating habits? Sure you can.
New York mayor Michael Bloomberg claimed exactly the same authority over the
citizens of his town.
Turin’s new Mayor
Chiara Appendino and her anti-establishment Five Star Movement is advocating
for plant-based foods as an alternative to the authentic meat dishes that have
inspired cooking in northern Italy for centuries.
The 32-year-old statist pledged
that the promotion of vegetarian and vegan diets will be a “priority” in
her administration -- an unprecedented move in Italian government.
No more spaghetti
and meatballs in her town.
“The
promotion of vegan and vegetarian diets is a fundamental act in safeguarding
our environment, the health of our citizens and the welfare of our animals,” explains her five-year political
manifesto. Her administration plans to work to educate the city’s school
children about the drawbacks of meat consumption in hopes of leaving a lasting
impression on future generations to come.
Yes, just more proof that statist
politicians are a menace to society
I agree! Would you believe it, some asshole politicians even think the law should be used to force businesses (bakers and photographers come to mind) to serve people they would prefer not to serve? Americans should not tolerate this BS any more!
