Hair

I don’t know about you, but every time I see Donald Trump on TV, no matter what he is doing or saying, my attention is drawn like a magnet to, of all things, his hair. I just can’t help it; it’s like it happens against my will. And I unwillingly submit to this negative subliminal message – his hairstyle makes him look like a dufus. It detracts from his appearance. It detracts from his message. It detracts from his credibility. It’s embarrassing.

It’s so unnecessary. Trump is a handsome man. Maybe the two beautiful women in his life who he loves and trusts the most, wife Melania, and daughter Ivanka, should take him aside together, sit him down, and gently suggest to him that the 1970’s was 45 years ago now. He’s been wearing his hair in the same style for more than 45 years. It’s time for a change. It looked good on him then. But now he’s 70 years old. He would benefit enormously today with a more clean-cut conservative look.

So I looked and found this picture on the Internet. This is what Mr. Trump could look like if he only found the courage to take the plunge, and tell his barber to go for it. He would look great and when he appeared to the public I know it would cause a positive sensation. His fans would love it. Even his detractors would grudgingly have to admit that it actually makes him look presidential. I honestly think that a lot more people would vote for him if he simply changed his hopelessly out of date hairstyle. The negative subliminal message (dufus) would disappear. The unwilling obsession with his hair would be gone.

Just do it, Donald! Your political fortune might depend on it.

  1. Actually, I think it would be a bad idea for him to change his hairstyle right now.

If he had done so two years ago, it would have been talked about and, eventually, forgotten.

If he did so right now, three months in front of the election, all people would talk about would be the change for at least a couple of weeks. That would be a distraction from his ideas, which he presumably thinks are GOOD ideas that will win him the election, or else he would get different ideas.

    1. That's exactly what he wants, Tom, people talking about him whether positive or negative, he thrives on publicity, and the public would like the change, of that I am sure.
